Managing a team is hard enough but how do you manage a team when each team member works remotely?
Our guest, Justin Brackett, vice president of Shift Digital manages all strategic and creative aspects of digital campaign development. He works with 10 individuals closely. In fact, he spends 50+ hours with them weekly, collectively and individually. What makes this unique is that he hasn't met them IRL (in real life) ever!  He does, however, meet them daily virtually and says he knows them on a very personal level.
