Catching Up with Mary Kay and Mark Liston

One of our favorite things to do on many #FranchiseFriday shows this year is catchup with friends from the franchise space who we haven't seen since before the pandemic.

Mark and Mary Kay Liston share what they've been up to since retiring from Neighborly ... or as Mary Kay calls it, "graduating!" We discuss how to prepare for what's next, plan for your successor to succeed, and have an exit strategy that helps everyone involved.  We'll also get into the current challenges they see for franchisees, how small business owners can navigate these issues to survive and thrive, and what they both see as key characteristics of great leaders.
